Italian Caputo Flour
The crust made with Caputo flour is naturally light and crispy on the outside and moist and tender on the inside, without adding any fat or oil to the dough. Caputo pie flour is an essential ingredient to an authentic Neapolitan pie.
San Marzano Tomatoes
The only tomatoes that can be used for Vera Pizza Napoletana, “True Neapolitan Pie.” Grown in volcanic soil in the shadows of Mt. Vesuvius, they are considered by many chefs to be the best sauce tomatoes in the world.
Fior Di Latte
“Flower of the Milk,” a fresh, homemade, soft, whole milk mozzarella cheese made from cow’s milk. We make our own Fior Di Latte fresh in our restaurant.
Fresh Herbs
Fresh herbs can add wonderful character and a pleasantly surprising complexity to pie. Pizzaiolis uses only locally grown organic herbs, the freshest available.
